JOLTerms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the JOL app and services provided by JOL ("we", "us"). By using JOL you agree to these Terms. JOL is designed to be set up and managed by a parent or guardian.
1. Accounts
A parent or guardian creates the account and is responsible for it, for any child profiles created, and for keeping login details secure. Please provide accurate information.
2. Acceptable use
Use JOL only for its intended purpose. Don't misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or try to gain unauthorized access to the service.
3. JOL Plus subscriptions
JOL Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices, free trials and billing are shown at purchase. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; manage or cancel them in your store account. Payments are handled by the stores under their terms; refunds follow store policy.
4. Content
Learning content and games are for personal, non-commercial family use. We may add, change or remove content over time.
5. Privacy
Your use of JOL is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle information, including children's information.
6. Ending use
You can stop using JOL and delete your account at any time (see Delete account). We may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated.
7. Disclaimers & liability
JOL is provided "as is" without warranties to the extent permitted by law, and our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits rights that can't be limited under applicable law.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
